Program Learning Outcomes


By the end of the program, a graduate of the Bachelor of Architecture program should be able to:

  1. Understand professional ethics, regulatory requirements and fundamental business processes within the profession of architecture. 
  2. Professionally communicate by writing, speaking, and creating clear and accurate presentation graphics and architectural orthographic drawings. 
  3. Develop projects and problem-solve using the iterative design processes. 
  4. Design buildings that create a positive impact by meeting aesthetic goals, enhancing human experience, and improving the site and community they are built in.
  5. Formulate comprehensive design solutions that incorporate user requirements, technical details, and sustainable solutions in an integrated manner.

These technical standards reflect performance abilities and characteristics that are necessary to successfully complete the requirements of this program at SUNY Delhi.
