This course provides Natural Resource Recreation and Sports students with an introduction to the College and the Department, academic policies, degree requirements, the grading system, career planning, student services, academic services, and transfer and career opportunities.

Demonstrate a knowledge of those policies and resources that will ensure the students academic success in higher education. 2. Identify the academic and career opportunities available in the leisure services profession, and have a working knowledge of how to access these opportunities. 3.
