SUNY Delhi does not discriminate. These laws include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as Amended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, and the New York State Human Rights Law. These laws prohibit discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual violence.

Crime Statistics

A copy of the State University of New York at Delhi campus crime statistics as reported annually to the U.S. Department of Education will be provided upon request by University Police, the Vice President for Student Life, or the campus Personal Safety Committee. Please direct all such requests to University Police at 607-746-4700. Information can also be obtained from the New York State University Police at Delhi website or at the U.S. Department of Education website.
