By the end of the semester students will be able to:
- Describe the history and reason for building and zoning codes.
- Evaluate a structure using building and zoning codes.
- Describe practice “controls”, including education, licensure, ethics, liability, and contracts.
- Identify personal skills and traits helpful for contributing to and advancing the profession of architecture.
- Identify best practices for project management and professional practice.
