This course focuses on the renovation, expansion, and/or adaptive reuse of existing buildings in both a detached (suburban) and attached (in an urban street) context.
Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:
- SLO 1 - Drawing Fundamentals - Apply fundamental principles of drafting to the preparation of residential and commercial construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details, and specifications.
- SLO 3 - Presentation Techniques - Employ traditional graphic means, both drawings and models, to illustrate and orally present completed design projects.
