This course introduces students to producing a variety of print, graphic, and video materials that may be used for different types of media. Using current industry-standard software, the course covers basic animation techniques, digital video creation and editing, and graphic design. The techniques learned will be applied to various types of mediums, including but not limited to print, web, and digital video.
Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:
- Students will be able to identify current industry standard image, audio and video file formats.
- Students will be able to demonstrate the use of images and text in a multimedia title.
- Students will be able to demonstrate using effects, animation settings and sounds a multimedia title
- Students will be able to demonstrate how to design and package an interactive multimedia kiosk
