This course requires students to develop a plan to make the Catskill Region sustainable with regard to its economy, society, and environment.

Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:

Students will be able to analyze and quantitatively articulate how something is or is not sustainable, based on its impact on the economy, society, and environment.
Students will be able to make sustainable decisions for their own lives and careers based on application, synthesis, and evaluation of available options.
