This course provides the fundamental principles of personal selling for events management. The sales process, customer relationship management, and the philosophy of networking for sales are explained.
Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:
- Develop a conceptual framework for students individual personal selling philosophy
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the personal sales process
- Execute the steps in the sales process from negotiation to contract signing
- Recognize and apply available and emerging technologies
- Adhere to classroom policies and demonstrate/exhibit professional behavior
