ARCH 330 - Architectural Design III

This course focuses on the design of small, detached, low- rise commercial or institutional buildings, libraries, banks, restaurants, etc., of approximately 3000 sq ft to 8000 sq. ft., with an extensive site to develop, in a suburban context.

Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:
  1. Use a set of analytical drawings to enhance the architectural design process
  2. Demonstrate the application of basic design principles in architecture and design
  3. Develop architectural solutions to complex programs and site locations
  4. Develop site plans related to the architectural project
