This course provides a foundation of leadership and organizational change principles. Learners will apply concepts of organizational complexity, challenges, and opportunities to potential leadership projects. Content focuses on applying universal principles of leadership that drive the processes of change, quality improvement, safety and innovation in health care organizations.
