HTEL 170 - Rooms Division Management

This course provides an operational overview of the front office and rooms operations. Students learn management information terminology and the concepts and functions of the rooms division in relation to other key departments within lodging operations. The role of housekeeping and front office in effectively managed hotels and resorts will be explored.
