This course puts students in direct contact with turf equipment and allows them to operate this equipment out in the field.

Develop an awareness for safety and the ability to safely operate turf maintenance equipment.
Develop a thorough understanding of equipment, equipment operation, and specific function as it relates to specific turf maintenance tasks.
Obtain competency in utilizing equipment to accomplish tasks in the real world environment.
