A survey of usage of social media tools and technology for marketing purposes. Studies the relevance and importance of these tools to new and emerging marketing processes
Student Learning Outcomes of the Course:
- Articulate developments in up and coming social media technologies.
- Explain which social media platforms meet which business needs.
- Compose compelling content in the form of blogs/articles, comments, and competitions to increase brand’s presence and engaging the fan/follower base.
- Assess success of a social media campaigns.
- Utilize a variety of social media platforms.
