This course is designed to draw on the disciplines and subject matter presented in the Healthcare Management program. Students will complete a comprehensive practical project for a healthcare related organization or simulation thereof.

Obtain a basic understanding of the mission, vision and values of an organization
Identify events that influenced and lead to the issue itself
Use techniques and strategies from previous courses to populate the list and data needed.
Apply project management skills to plan and structure the work plan.
Use statistical and analytical tools for measurement
Apply pricing models, demand and risk factors
Use financial management skills and tools
Develop strategies to correct the problem
Prepare the report using the appropriate communication tools and technology
